We're launching a temporary support program for the upcoming hurricane season. As part of our response team, you'll assist residents with filing and navigating insurance claims so they can begin rebuilding their lives and homes.
What You'll Do :
Provide compassionate support to homeowners in distress
Assist with documenting damages and submitting insurance claims
Answer questions and offer clear guidance on the claims process
Collaborate with local teams and insurance representatives
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to remain calm and helpful during stressful situations
Previous experience in customer service, claims, or disaster response is a plus (but not required)
Must be available to work flexible hours for the duration of the program
