You model and maintain excellent customer service, effective communication, teamwork, product knowledge and appropriate selling techniques. You are motivated, efficient, and flexible in an environment with changing priorities. Meet company sales, service and KPI goals to support

• Consistently use the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, in addition to promoting in-store promotions, contests and incentives.
• Utilize Friedman performance tools to enhance selling behaviors, including cross selling, suggestive selling, add-ons, set selling, etc.
• Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual results.

Deliver a joyful customer experience to support Brand standards

Execute and maintain store standards to meet business needs
