Financial Management Sr.
You will be the Financial Management Sr. for the Central Finance team. Our team provides strategic financial partnership to Senior Leadership across Operations, Engineering & Technology, and multiple enterprise functions. What you will be doing as the Financial Management Sr. you will be responsible for developing and managing the annual overhead budget, driving cost-control initiatives, and delivering actionable financial insight that guides the organization's operating decisions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop the annual overhead budget, forecast, and perform variance analysis for the Operations and Engineering & Technology organization.
- Conduct cost-management and estimating activities, including trend identification, workforce planning, and risk-opportunity assessments.
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems and functional areas to produce consolidated financial analysis and recommendations.
- Allocate costs according to established procedures and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive process-improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Must be a U.S. citizen - this position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience working in finance. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Desired skills: Overhead cost management, financial analysis and manpower planning experience. Excellent PC and communication skills. Security clearance statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret. Ability to work remotely: Part-time remote telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
