Duties and Responsibilities : Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Communication between all management, hourly staff and other security personnel to ensure complete safety of all.
• Greeting guests with a smile.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol may be expected.
• When there is a conflict between guests or guest and employees, calmly mitigate the situation. When appropriate communicate and escalate issues with the management and local law enforcement officers.
• When instructed under specific circumstances, search the bag and belongings of guests and or employees.
• Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated through your actions.
• In the case of emergency, provide leadership in evacuating the guests in a calm and orderly manner.
• Ability to keep calm in adverse situations.
• Being able to make intelligent critical decisions during emergencies and notifying management as deemed necessary.
• Be attentive! Offer your assistance before guests have to ask for it.
• Work as a team with all Company's personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere.
• In situations where large number of guests are involved, implement proper crowd control strategies.
• Constantly monitor surroundings in order to provide the best security outcome. Report any unusual incidents or activities to management.
• Limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading guests to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated guests.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
• Other duties as directed.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

This is an hourly paid position. Days and hours of work vary according to business hours and job requirements. Business operates seven (7) days a week; and hours start as early as 8 AM and can go as late as 2 AM depending on the work required.

Work Culture :

This role will require attention to detail, a smile and a high level of communication with guests, co workers, Managers and Chefs.

Compensation : $20.00 per hour
