Job descriptionMust be 18 years of age or older. Must pass a drug test and background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Previous security experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to remain alert while stationed at the booth.
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Security Officer for a government construction project at a multi-family building site in West Allis, Wisconsin.
This is a contract position starting immediately and running through May 2024, with the possibility of extension. The Security Officer will be stationed in a booth to monitor and check in and out all workers and personnel on the site. Day shift, 40 hours per week. $18 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Check in and out all workers, contractors, and visitors entering or leaving the construction site.
- Verify identification and credentials of individuals on the site.
- Maintain a log of all site entries and exits.
- Ensure the site remains secure by monitoring traffic and access to the area.
