Senior Project Manager

Location : Iowa City, Iowa

Bilfinger Industrial Services is seeking a Senior   Project Manager to join our team in Iowa City, IA .  PMs are responsible for different projects ranging from small-scale to long term, multi-discipline contracts with clients. Ideal candidates have internal drive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and easily adapt to changes using problem solving.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Establish a roadmap to success : have an execution plan and continuous alignment with the team members about the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee projects to assure that expectations are met
• Monitor projects and take action when obstacles arise
• Facilitate and lead meetings to encourage information sharing, collaboration, and team building
• Be the primary point of contact with the client project manager
• Create detailed deliverables schedule
• Know the master service agreement (MSA) and financial terms.
