CLIENTS : Healthcare Providers, Hospitals, Physician Labs, GPOs
COMPENSATION : Base +Commission OTE 200-210K (Uncapped with accelerators) + 6 Month commission payout ramp up time + comprehensive benefits + company car + expense account + comprehensive training.
POSITION OVERVIEW : Drive sales growth within assigned territory by managing existing accounts, securing new business, and strategically targeting conversion opportunities. Expand product adoption in hospitals and physician laboratories while collaborating with field teams to maximize territory potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Account Management
- Grow and retain current customer base through strong business relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
- Leverage CRM data to build targeted lists for strategic wins
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Coordinate appropriate corporate resources to support key account plans
