Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Creates, analyzes, and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Provides data critical and meaningful recommendations to operational strategy.
- Analyzes, interprets, and communicates complex market, financial and business trends, and provides recommendations to support positive performance. Identifies potential risks & opportunities and suggests solutions.
- Assists in preparations for budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting purposes.
- Prepares reconciliations which may include issuing payments and tracking accounts receivable.
- Completes complex financial modeling, market research, and cost accounting.
- Completes various month end tasks and ad hoc reporting requests, including journal entries.
- Coordinates with other members of the team as required to review financial information and forecasts.
- Supports business initiatives through data review, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of various systems.
- Supports audits as needed.
- Diagnoses problems and helps identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement. Creates process improvements.
- Trains, supports, and mentors junior team members.

The hiring range for this position is :
84,600.00-$113,775.00
