Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company's Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including : Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.

The Senior IT Analyst is responsible for providing high-level technical support to Astro Pak employees by responding to, troubleshooting, and resolving internal IT issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves interpreting moderately complex system issues, documenting all support activities, and ensuring cases are seen through to resolution or appropriately escalated. The Senior IT Analyst will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting business-critical systems and projects.

This position is based on site at our corporate office in Costa Mesa, California.

What You'll Do :

• Develop, implement, and manage technical solutions for software, hardware, system configurations, and IT architecture
• Provide end-user support for computer hardware and software, including printer and copier maintenance, toner replacement, and hardware / software installations
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests while documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and time spent in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments on projects to ensure accurate delivery, availability of information, and successful outcomes
• Learn, support, and maintain productivity and business applications such as Microsoft GP, Microsoft CRM, and related systems
• Interact with employees in a professional manner while maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal and company information
• Analyze and implement IT projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws
• Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate cases to higher levels of support as needed
