Description Summary
A hands-on Financial Analyst that compiles and analyzes financial information for the company, assist other departments and recommends areas for financial improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.
- Compile and organize revenue and expense data, projections, and reports.
- Prepare financial information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Assist with tracking the annual budget and updating monthly forecasts.
- Review financial data to identify basic trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Support other departments by gathering data related to cost control and risk tracking.
- Update and maintain forecast files and help communicate changes as needed.
- Review department expense reports for accuracy and alignment with budget guidelines.
- Maintain and update financial and operational metrics.
- Prepare charts, tables, and data summaries for presentations and reports.
- Assist with monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) activities.
- Maintain and update Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools and reports.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plan.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Compensation and Benefits Offered
Actual base salary offered to the selected applicant will be based on their work location, qualifications, job related skills, relevant education, and training experience.
Hourly range - Minimum $75,000 - Maximum $90,000
