Senior Actuarial Analyst – P&C Pricing

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Property and Casualty (P&C) pricing team and contribute to our growing practice.

Job Summary : As a Senior Actuarial Analyst at GPW, you will collaborate with an experienced team of bright, motivated professionals dedicated to delivering data-driven insights to our diverse client base. This role involves analyzing and summarizing insurance data, supporting credentialed actuaries with pricing analyses, and updating actuarial models across various lines of business. If you are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position offers a chance to work on meaningful projects and advance your actuarial career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Progress toward obtaining credentials from the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS).
• Conduct actuarial pricing reviews for multiple clients across various industries and lines of business.
• Review and compile client-specific data from multiple sources to support actuarial pricing.
• Update and maintain actuarial models using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate effectively within the actuarial team, contributing to collective goals and project success.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to project managers and team members.

Compensation : Base salary range : $90,000 – $110,000

Location : GPW’s office is centrally located at Central Avenue and Earll Drive, Phoenix, AZ.
