SUMMARY :

The Alside Senior Business Analyst is responsible for responsible for executing commercial sales compensation and transformation analytics initiatives, which support critical business operations between corporate and local markets. This role will play a pivotal role in elevating our analytics and insights agenda to accelerate growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness initiatives. This role reports to the VP, Alside Commercial Enablement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Sales Incentive Program

• Analyze and administer Alside short-term incentive programs including sales compensation programs and annual bonus programs
• Lead execution of sales rep compensation issue resolution processes
• Lead sales compensation analytics automation and optimization priority implementation including process rigor and elevated capabilities / tools
• Recommend and implement changes to current programs

Execute commercial sales analytics priorities to deliver elevated growth and productivity insights for action, including but not limited to :
