What is the Opportunity?
In this role you will get the opportunity to support the end-to-end delivery of new capabilities and enhancements to applications for our clients and our advisors at RBC Bank, across all product and service offerings. Working as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for all aspects of requirements delivery, planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and support impact both business and technology for our cross-border banking products.
The role requires someone comfortable with deliverables on projects that could be a either waterfall (WF) or agile, depending on the need. As a Senior Business Analyst, the role includes process mapping, UAT and PIV planning and requires someone capable of working on more than one initiative at once. The initiatives include transformational initiatives that drives both client experience improvements and operational efficiency, and also non-discretionary changes to meet new and elevated regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
- Work with product, technology and functional partners to plan and run requirements gathering sessions, across Deposits, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Certificates of Deposit, Real Estate Lending products, for different channels and services, such as Online Banking, Credit Card Rewards and digital communication delivery
- Write comprehensive requirements to support changes to IT systems and / or processes according to the project methodology.
In the case of agile projects, partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the execution team have a backlog, with stories that are consistently high quality, prioritized and sized.
