Key Responsibilities Manage procurement and acquisition planning for materials, software, and services Serve as a business advisor to internal customers, providing alternative solutions to procurement requests Develop sourcing lists and engage in complex negotiations with vendors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and professional training 5+ years of relevant experience supporting Federal prime contracts Proven experience in managing strategic purchasing agreements and complex negotiations Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clauses and contractual requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level government security clearance
