In this role, you will:

  • Identify opportunities for Centric to develop new business and contribute to the identification, pursuit and closing of new opportunities.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand own sphere of influence through networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration with the client.
  • Create, execute, and monitor project or program level communication, quality and change management strategies.
  • Produce project documentation and project plans aligned to client standards.
  • Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, margins, and contracted deliverables.
  • Facilitate client meetings to review current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
  • Develop and implement consistent and standardized process and methodology.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of Consulting Industry experience as a consultant and/or operations within Banking, Wealth Management, FinTech, Healthcare, or Manufacturing or other related industries.
  • 3+ years of experience as a program / project manager, utilizing project management methodologies and disciplines, best practices, and artifacts in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Ability to manage complex projects / programs in a matrixed project organization.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to travel up to a maximum of 50%, according to client demands.
  • Consulting experience highly preferred.
  • PMP/ Agile/ CAPM/Six Sigma or applicable certifications preferred.
