Services provided are dependent upon the clients' needs and may be assigned and changed as the clients' needs change. The lead caregiver will additionally be responsible for providing care for "fast start" clients, assisting with the development of care plans, and training caregivers on client care, company policies, initiatives, equipment, etc.The Lead Caregiver is a senior level caregiver who is responsible for providing personal attendant services for TheKey clients with our Community partners. Minimum of two years of caregiving experience
Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is required
Total Care Experience
Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR)
TB Screening / PPD Chest X-Ray
Must have Valid Driver's License and Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work.
Positive and Energetic attitude, Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
Must be reliable, dependable and on time
Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Can pass a background check and provide references
