Senior Organizational Development Consultant
The target hiring range for this position is $85,500-$93,000.
Position Summary :
The Level III Consultant – Organizational Development plays a strategic and highly autonomous role in designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives. This position requires proactive leadership, expertise in coaching and leadership development, and the ability to align initiatives with company values as well as strategic priorities, from conception to implementation.
This role demands a self-starter who can independently assess organizational needs, develop innovative solutions, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Role and Responsibilities :
Strategic Design and Leadership Development
- Proactively design and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs.
- Collaborate to create and execute organizational development strategies, including engagement surveys, talent management, mentorship, and onboarding initiatives.
- Propose, design, and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address complex organizational challenges.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine workshop content to incorporate feedback, industry trends, and organizational objectives.
- Integrate DEI principles into all people elevation initiatives, ensuring inclusivity and equity.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage collaborators and leaders, gaining support for initiatives and aligning efforts with organizational priorities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah . The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations .
