The Senior Accountant is a key player in managing the financial operations of our rapidly expanding company. This role encompasses a wide range of accounting tasks, financial reporting, and analysis. We are in search of a candidate with 3-5 years of relevant experience, possessing an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a strong drive to make a difference.

Responsibilities :

• Execute monthly close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Compile periodic financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for management review.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Compare actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide insightful analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Assist in project cost allocations and ensure precise accounting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP, and industry standards.
• Assist with audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Streamline accounting procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
