The Senior Contracts Administrator will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration. This position requires expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other government contracting regulations. The Senior Contracts Administrator must be adept at briefing leadership staff and will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support the companys growth by managing contract negotiations, administration, and closeouts. Experience in service contracts, GSA schedules, and OTAs are essential for success. This role also involves mentoring junior staff and implementing scalable processes to support the companys expanding portfolio of contracts.
Responsibilities :
Contract Management :
- Administer and manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including proposal support, negotiation, execution, modification, and closeout.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, and other contractual documents.
