Reports to : Creative Director

Hours : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience

Location : Evanston, IL

We're seeking a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead cross-functional creative teams in delivering high-quality design deliverables for luxury B2B and B2C initiatives. This role combines hands-on design expertise with strategic leadership. Essential Functions :

• Hands-on graphic design using Adobe products for print, digital, social, and web applications
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely execution
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, UX / UI wireframes, and brand guidelines
• Ensure brand consistency and present creative concepts to stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with other teams Skills Required :
• Solid foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color theory)
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Intermediate technical skills in After Effects,(required) and Adobe Premiere Pro a (plus)
• Figma proficiency required
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects and mentoring creatives
• Forward-thinking mindset and strong organizational skills Education and Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, required!
• 8+ years of professional design experience with 4+ years of project management experience
• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, UX / UI, and campaign work Work Environment :
• Professional office environment with occasional international travel (around 5% of the time) We're looking for a well-rounded, collaborative creative who is willing to adapt to changing priorities.

This is a full-time position, onsite position in the Evanston, IL area. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
