You'll utilize your creative expertise to help elevate the brand's communication and ensure consistency and clarity across all presentation materials. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales and leadership teams, to develop presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, conferences and other corporate eventsAbout the RoleDesign and deliver high-quality, visually compelling presentations for leadership, marketing and stakeholder initiativesTranslate data, strategies and creative concepts into clear, engaging visual narrativesCollaborate with teams cross-functionals teams and leadership to align presentations with brand standards and business goalsUtilize advanced tools to create dynamic templates, animations and interactive components for impactful storytellingStay up to date on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills and outputBalance multiple projects, ensuring presentations are delivered on time and meet the specific requirements of each project or eventDevelop and implement the creative vision for all photography and design projectsMaintain consistency in design elements, such as fonts, colors, and templates, while aligning with the company's branding guidelinesAbout YouMinimum Qualifications5 years of experience as a presentation designer, graphic designer, communications specialist or similar roleExpert in design tools such as in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience incorporating multimedia elements such as animations and videosStrong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchyProven ability to design for live events, digital formats and video presentationsAbility to translate complex information and data into clear, engaging visual formatsConfident in presenting ideas and incorporating collaborative feedbackAttention to detail and a passion for creating polished, professional designsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications or related fieldExperience in an in-house agency at a technology, financial services or lifestyle brandProficiency in motion design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)Expertise in data visualization for executive-level presentationsDemonstrated success designing high-stakes presentations for senior leadershipFamiliarity with Rocket's brand and ability to integrate it into designs seamlesslyWhat You'll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
