  • Partner with Technical Services and other functions on CAPEX projects, facility upgrades, and expansion initiatives, including capital budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) and ensure effective use of EAM systems for planning, work orders, reporting, and performance metrics (including OEE).
  • Manage service contracts, OEM relationships, and supplier agreements to optimize cost, uptime, and asset performance while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee maintenance inventory, tooling, and spare parts management, including consignment and leasing programs.
  • Support facility safety systems (fire suppression, alarms, ERT coordination) and contribute to long term equipment and maintenance strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including TPM, predictive maintenance, and KPI/financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Microsoft Project; ability to interpret schematics, 3D CAD drawings, and technical documents.
  • Professional, able to manage own tasks, and effective in high-pressure environments
  • Primary language requirement: English
  • Spanish as a second language is preferred
Competencies:
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex, 24/7 operations with responsibility for multi-shift teams and equipment uptime
  • Solid problem solving, communication, negotiation, and project management skills, including experience with capital budgeting and change implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for equipment reliability and performance optimization.
  • Organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a structured environment
Physical Demands:
  • Read and follow work instructions in English and complete required documentation.
  • Use hand and power tools; respond promptly to alarms and verbal directions.
  • Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, face shield, respirator, bump cap) for extended periods.
  • Work safely with chemicals and materials per OSHA guidelines.
  • Stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

  • Maintain adequate vision for close and distant tasks.

Salary Range $115,000 - $135,000
