What will you be doing?

• Partnership: Assist with the compilation and analysis of trend, style, consumer and market intelligence between internal and external partners, and is utilized in the creation of product. Develop strong working relationship with Product development and designers to facilitate cross-functional work. Being able to assist 3 designers between different various categories (Dress/Casual/Lifestyle Sport).
• Support: Support in the design process with building and maintaining Detailing/Presentation boards in MIRO, sketching, cadding, building ornament and pattern tech-packs. Support Design Director/Senior Designer with organization and communication of all Sketch/Cad corrections; daily maintenance and history tracking in Miro; preparation for all major milestone meetings.
• Lead: Organize and prepare ( Sketches/Cads) for all Major Milestone Meetings; Sketch Review, Proto Review, Go To Market Meetings, Brand Meetings. Bring together management's visions to effectively capture the brand's essence.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
• 2+ years design experience in women's footwear industry
• Strong sketching skills, sketching in proportion and scale preferred
• Strong CAD skills utilizing Illustrator
• Proficient in Illustrator Preferred; Photoshop
• Tech Pack creation
