Job Description :
As a Videographer and Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing and editing video content that aligns with Passport's clients and internal vision and goals. This role requires a creative individual who is both technically skilled and artistically driven, with experience in all stages of video production, from concept to final delivery.
What you'll do :
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan, shoot, and direct video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that tell a compelling story, incorporating graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new video production techniques to ensure content is innovative and current.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of video assets for future use.
- Work closely with other departments, such as creative, strategy, production, account and project management, to ensure video content supports overall company goals.
- Be responsible for your own allocated projects and work with the account team to meet deadlines and the brief.
- Present work to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Mentor junior members of the team, advise across departments and support the Passport culture.
