Our marketing team runs one of the most aggressive creative testing operations in the supplement space. We're not making ads that win awards we're making ads that win wallets. Every week, we produce and test dozens of video creatives across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, constantly iterating based on real performance data.
We're looking for a Video Editor who understands both the art of viral content and the science of direct response. Someone who knows why a hook works, how to structure a story that sells, and can pump out high-quality variations without sacrificing scroll-stopping creativity.
Role Overview
You'll be the engine behind our video creative output, working directly with our media buyers, creative strategists, and AI tools to produce video ads and organic content that drive real revenue. This isn't brand work. This is performance creative where every view, click, and conversion is tracked.
You'll edit UGC-style ads, VSLs, product demos, testimonial compilations, TikTok / Reels content, and YouTube ads. You'll get constant feedback from the data - what's working, what's not - and iterate fast.
If you've ever watched a video ad and thought "I know exactly why that hook crushed" or spent hours studying what makes content go viral, this is the role for you.

Performance Video Editing
- Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns
- Produce multiple variations of winning concepts - new hooks, different CTAs, alternate pacing
- Create UGC-style ads, VSLs, product explainers, and testimonial compilations
- Edit short-form organic content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Turn raw footage (UGC creators, founders, testimonials) into polished, scroll-stopping ads
- Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
