Our West Geography is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team in our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. We use the latest design technologies and analytic methods to deliver projects. Sustainability, carbon reduction, and resilience are key features of our projects. We are looking for a Senior Engineer who will take the lead in design and construction for a wide range of entertainment and commercial projects.
The Opportunity
-
Lead the design of electrical systems on medium to large-scale, complex projects across sectors such as entertainment and commercial.

Mentor and supervise junior staff and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, leveraging your experience at local, regional, and global levels.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and foster repeat business.
-
Prepare drawings, specifications, technical reports, and presentation materials, incorporating sustainable design methods in buildings.
-
Present technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences.

Participate in local Professional Associations.

Ensure quality standards, commercial metrics, and client satisfaction for projects.
The Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering.

Minimum 6 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings or infrastructure projects.

Ability to lead the electrical discipline as lead electrical designer for projects with strong organizational skills.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working.
-
Experience with 3D BIM software - preferably Revit MEP.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with power system modeling using SKM or similar software.
· Professional Engineering License in US

San Francisco Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is $140,850 to $176,100 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
