Position Responsibilities :
- Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, schedule events, prepare expense reports, and maintain calendars and contacts for assigned executives
- Coordinate and plan Executive Committee retreats and meetings, including assigned executives' involvement in industry associations and charity organizations

- Work closely with other executive administrators and administrative assistants to provide support and guidance as needed
