In this role, youll spearhead relationship management efforts for large, intricate accounts within a regional subset. Collaborating closely with various business units and functional teams, youll implement strategies aimed at enhancing claims value-added services, fostering profitable growth, and elevating technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and retention. Acting as the primary account liaison, youll address customer service issues and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for swift resolution. The proposed Salary range for this position is $100,200.00 - $164,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
