Job Summary
The Senior Manager, U.S. Property Management Finance will serve as a key strategic and financial leader supporting JLL's Office and Industrial Property Management business lines for Central and West markets. This role provides comprehensive financial and operational support, including financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and leadership of a growing finance team.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Property Management leadership to drive financial performance, enhance reporting processes, and deliver meaningful insights that support business objectives across U.S. markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking / Leadership
- Drive strategic thinking and value creation by leveraging data analytics to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Create efficiencies and streamline reporting, forecasting, and financial workflows to enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Demonstrate strong ownership of end-to-end financial processes, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality deliverables
- Act as a key financial and strategic business partner to U.S. Property Management leadership for Office and Industrial portfolios
- Lead financial planning and analysis for assigned markets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support growth and profitability
- Provide vision, strategy, and motivation for the finance team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial discipline

Estimated compensation for this position :
130,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
