Salary range is $90k to $180k, with a midpoint of $135k. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE :
Under general direction, the Manager - Finance plans and implements financing strategies, policies, and procedures for the agency programs; identifies agency risks, develops solutions, and leads efforts to execute on and improve the agencies financial position to continue the large-scale system expansion program; oversees revenue budgets and forecasts, including taxes, grants, fares, and other types. Performs at an expert level, fully functional in all aspects of financial planning; provides highly responsive and complex analysis, strategic thinking, and ad hoc project support to the Financial Planning, Analysis & Budget division in Finance. This position will lead a team with independent facilitation and communication with cross-functional, diverse teams with complex dynamics. This position will compile, write, and review agency-wide reports, policies and procedures for an executive-level and agency-wide audience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics or a closely related field, and five years of practice / professional level experience; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience.
