Financial Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support daily treasury and financial operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate cash reporting, ensuring proper reconciliation of funds, and supporting internal stakeholders through strong financial controls and process oversight.

The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring financial processes in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily cash reporting to ensure accurate visibility into cash balances

Perform monthly cash interest and earnings analysis, including preparation of related journal entries

Complete monthly reconciliations for all cash and cash-equivalent accounts

Review and monitor cash advance reconciliations to ensure compliance with internal policies

Track and report doctoral reimbursements on a quarterly basis

Support vendor onboarding, including documentation review and financial system setup

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience in accounting operations, cash management, or financial analysis preferred

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy

Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring reporting requirements

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
