The Senior Designer will support and enhance the creative vision of the marketing team through creative concept development, hands‑on design execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Working from creative briefs, this role will bring design excellence to a variety of projects including websites, email campaigns, paid and organic social, and occasionally print materials. The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital designer with the ability to think conceptually, act autonomously, and evolve brand work to new heights — all while communicating clearly with product owners and our development team.
Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary digital creative projects such as website landing pages, email campaigns and social campaigns from concept to execution while maintaining alignment with strategic goals and brand vision.
Collaborate directly with product owners and stakeholders to understand goals and translate briefs into engaging creative solutions.
Work closely with the Director of Creative Design to maintain and evolve brand standards.
Contribute to and improve existing design systems and creative processes.
Prepare and hand off production‑ready design files to development with a clear understanding of how assets are built and optimized for web.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation and perform creative QA when necessary.
Stay current with digital design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools and techniques.
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline awareness.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
6+ years of professional experience with a focus on digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design work, including web, email, and social.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Proven understanding of digital user journeys, UI / UX best practices and digital marketing tactics.
Ability to interpret creative direction and take initiative to push ideas forward.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Ability to create and iterate on paid and social media creative, aligned with performance goals.
Working knowledge of how to deliver optimized assets to development teams.
Copywriting and editing skills for short‑form digital copy.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting).
Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.
Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.
Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently.
