Our fast-paced, client-focused design firm is seeking a reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented Mid-Level Interior Designer to contribute to the design and execution of various projects. The Mid-Level Interior Designer will work collaboratively with senior designers and the Principal, assisting with design development, client communication, and project implementation. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-driven individual with a passion for design, eager to grow and contribute within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development of design concepts, schematic designs, and design development phases.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, punch lists, and correspondence.
- Create drawings, finish schedules, and specification books required for permitting, design development, and construction documents.
- Produce mood boards, sketches, and presentation materials to support design intent.
- Assist with the selection of architectural finishes, materials, and furnishings in line with project goals and client expectations.
- Support the management of project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to creating and managing client furnishings budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial constraints.
- Assist with digital and physical presentations for client meetings and design reviews.
- Provide support to the design team to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
