Job description
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers in achieving value from Workday Adaptive Planning through regular checkpoints
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic goals to enhance customer success
Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product teams to ensure a top-notch Planning experience for customers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
5+ years of experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce or Gainsight
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools, and understanding of FP&A processes
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at the Executive level
Experience in facilitating business transformation and acting as a trusted advisor to customers
