Provides leadership and oversight of medium complexity programs. Ensures contract requirements are understood and met by liaising with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Contracts and Supply Chain.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Ensures Project(s) / Program(s) performance to cost, schedule and technical requirements as well as compliance with government regulations and company policy.
• Builds customer and internal team relationships.
• Assists with business development group in developing competitive proposals and bids.
• Provides regular presentations to leadership and internal stakeholders on project performance, including Risk and Opportunities assessment to success.
• May provide day to day direction of cross functional development & manufacturing team.
• Escalates business execution issues to functional leadership for adjustments to human resources, processes, commodities and tools.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Customers and Sponsors to ensure alignment and support.
