Manufacturing Leadership
- Design and develop manufacturing processes for electrical systems and components, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, transitioning designs from prototype to full-scale production while embodying our "Build Together" ethos.
- Analyze and improve existing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and align with engineering standards.
- Develop and implement automation and control systems to streamline operations, solving problems with creativity and innovation.
