What You'll Do
- Guide the customer journey : Create and improve programs that attract new families, generate action, deepen relationships, and build loyalty across generations.
- Bring sales, marketing, and operations together : Work closely with sales leaders and field teams to ensure digital marketing programs complement the high-touch, personal experiences we provide in person.
- Shape our digital products : Partner with product and software development teams to produce website, family portal, and digital tools that make it easier for families to connect with us.
- Lead owned channels : Oversee our web content, email, and text messaging programs, ensuring that we are highly visible online and helping families find the information they need.
- Support the field : Partner with sales and operations to achieve high adoption of our tools and campaigns that drive results in the field.
