Description
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's computer networks. They ensure the integrity and security of data, as well as the availability of network services. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, optimizing performance, and implementing network upgrades. The Senior Network Engineer will collaborate with various teams to enhance productivity and ensure a seamless user experience within the company's environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Network Design and Implementation :
Design and implement computer networks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Monitor network performance and ensure the availability of resources.
Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Diagnose and resolve network problems promptly.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Work closely with other IT professionals, including system administrators, to ensure seamless integration between network and systems components.
Requirements
Where You'll Work
Moser has two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. This position will require a hybrid / onsite work schedule out of our downtown Indianapolis office.
Salary
