The Chinese Bible Church of Greater Boston (CBCGB) is a nondenominational evangelical Christian church serving the Chinese and English speaking community in the Greater Boston area. Principally located in Lexington, MA with a satellite Chinese speaking congregation in Boston near Boston University, CBCGB currently has an average attendance of in the Chinese congregation, an additional in the Boston satellite (City Outreach Ministry), in Cross Bridge (the English ministry), in the youth ministry and over in the children’s ministry.

About the Youth Pastor :

The Youth Pastor is responsible for creating, managing, and executing all facets of the Youth Ministry discipleship process for students and their families, trusting the Bible as the source of all truth and knowing that life is better together.

The Youth Pastor's Responsibilities Include :

Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry strategy aligned with CBCGB's vision.

Lead engaging weekly youth group meetings with relevant Bible study and activities.

Mentor and disciple students, providing pastoral care and guidance.

Plan and lead impactful youth retreats, mission trips, and service projects.

Build strong relationships with parents and families through meetings and events.

Oversee a team of youth leaders and volunteers.

What You Bring :

Education & Experience

Experience with strategic planning and student ministry

Track record of developing other leaders and youth counselors

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree from seminary preferred

3+ years of experience in a Youth Ministry

Understands doctrine (theological grounding)

A life-long learner
