The position of Executive Assistant is a very key and essential position within the organization. All Nations Worship Assembly is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Executive Assistant that can support our Assistant Pastor / Chief Ministries Officer in a timely and professional manner.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing high-quality administrative responsibilities that include but are not limited to : scheduling, assisting in project management, internal and external communications, volunteerism, and special services that create and maintain favorable results for All Nations Worship Assembly and its initiatives. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

An ideal candidate for this job has had experience supporting other senior-level managers and other duties that include conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondences, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and other duties as necessary.

Education and / or Experience

Bachelor’s degree or five years or more of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
