Partial Job Description : This is a full-time, salaried Pastoral Staff PositionFaith Christian Church is a non-denominational church that seeks a creative, organized, and visionary Children's and Youth Pastor. This position will oversee all areas of ministry related to children 0-12th Grade. This position is committed to the long-term development of the children and youth programming. The Youth and Children's Pastor will reach, mentor, and disciple children and youth and invest in young families when possible. As a pastoral position, this role will also include various pastoral-related activities or responsibilities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in the area of ministry from a Christian College or University.
