Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
- Take charge of audit engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within set timelines.
- Critically review financial statements, workpapers, and associated documentation to adhere to professional and regulatory standards.
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication and stellar service delivery.
- Highlight and communicate audit findings, associated risks, and practical recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, updated standards, and regulatory changes to offer insightful guidance to clients and team members.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives, including training programs, process enhancements, and business development efforts.
- Develop, mentor, and guide junior staff members to reach their full potential.
