Senior process engineer Jobs in Overland Park, KS

We are seeking a  Senior Process Engineer  with deep expertise in  liquid processing systems  within the  food and beverage industry . This role will lead the design and execution of process systems for liquid products such as beverages dairy sauces and other fluid-based consumables.

Youll be responsible for managing the scope schedule and budget of your assigned systems or unit operations while collaborating closely with clients vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality innovative solutions.

This position can be based out of KC or St. Louis with up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of  liquid processing systems  for food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
• Translate client requirements into process design scope and deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams clients vendors and construction partners.
• Oversee technical deliverables such as P&IDs mass and energy balances equipment specifications and process narratives.
• Support and lead activities such as :

Vendor package management and technical bid evaluations
