We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Principal Technologist and based in San Jose, California. This is a fully on-site, in office role .

Role and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage projects on gas processing including gas clean-up to meet the Bloom's gas inlet spec, as well as gas separation of the Bloom's outlet exhaust gas
• Research industry standard and state-of-the-art gas processing technologies that is applicable for Bloom's processes
• Work with teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the gas clean up system with the Bloom's system evaluating the overall process flow diagram, control philosophy, equipment type and sizing, risk analysis, and instrumentation requirements
• Collaborate with internal cross functioning teams, as well as external partners such as universities, national laboratories and industry partners and vendors
• Generate and review process flow diagrams and P&IDs for gas processing systems
• Perform testing, collect and analyze data from test systems
• Perform techno-economic case studies and sensitivity analysis to support technology and business development
