Our client is seeking a Freelance Video Producer / Writer / Film Editor to craft engaging content for internal audiences. This dynamic and creative self-starter will handle everything from concept development to filming, editing, and production. We're looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in production, storytelling, and collaboration who can bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to every project.
You Will :
Conceptualize, script, film, and edit video content.
Collaborate with production crews, pitch compelling stories, and oversee post-production.
Plan and manage pre-production logistics, field production, and post-production workflows.
Generate creative story ideas, book talent, and coordinate crew logistics.
Partner closely with internal teams, including graphic designers and editors, to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
Participate in daily production team meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
You Have :
At least 3 years of experience producing video content for broadcast, agency, or in-house creative teams.
A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in video production and storytelling.
Proficiency with Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop). Ability to independently shoot and edit video content is essential.
Strong writing, organizational, and project management abilities. A collaborative mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Producing training content and sizzle reels.
Must be able to travel on short notice.

Start Date / Duration : Starting ASAP for an anticipated one-year contract
Hours / Week : 40 Hours / Week
Onsite / Offsite : Hybrid in Downtown Chicago. In office Tuesday, Wednesday and 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
