Description

The Senior Media Producer leads the management of a wide range of multimedia projects, from 2D and 3D motion graphics, animation and live-shot content, and post-production editorial, to management of on-screen media content for live productions.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing and allocating resources to new video and media projects
• Generating production timelines and managing communication between all team members involved
• Maintaining budget to ensure returns of the required margins
• Communicating directly with clients on concepting and approach for visuals
• Acting as an event liaison onsite between media server tech team and internal crew
• Working closely with creative department to activate and drive messaging and visuals that reflect the client's branding and style
• Driving the client review process, making sure projects keep on schedule
• Providing recommendations to streamline or enhance production capabilities
• Remaining up-to-date on latest editing and production skills and trends, including motion graphics and animation
• Locating and licensing appropriate b-roll and music
• Ensuring vendors and freelancers are set up in the accounting system and maintaining detailed records of project expenditures, working with the finance department to submit all POs and invoices
