Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Producer to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of a new science fiction roleplaying video game.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Gameplay, UI / UX, and RPG pillar producers to ensure timely delivery of features
Develop and maintain production roadmaps, deadlines, and phase approvals for game features
Drive cross-pillar communication and dependency management to align teams effectively
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a mid-level or higher Producer in video games
At least 3 years in a management role
Minimum of 2 shipped games, including 1 AAA title in the last 5 years
Experience with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across pillars
High production standards and a deep understanding of development processes
