Job descriptionLead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with our product deadlines Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, etc. Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs including understanding and documenting user research findings and iterating designs based on feedback Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders Leverage and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistent designs across our web, mobile, and native applications Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders Share knowledge and educate stakeholders about our design process and best practices to optimize our operations and elevate our organization We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location For those in eligible roles, we offer discretionary incentive compensation which may be awarded in recognition of firm performance and individual achievements and contributions We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more
Qualifications
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- 3+ years of work experience in the design field
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote
- Experience in the application of design systems such as Material Design
- Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)
- Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
