We are seeking a Senior Technology Designer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise and lead the design and delivery of structured cabling systems, audio / visual systems, and electronic security systems for various projects. This senior role involves project leadership, mentoring and training junior staff, and client-facing responsibilities. You will oversee the entire design process or serve as a technical expert on specialized components while managing multiple concurrent projects. Strong time management, superb interpersonal skills, and excellent task management and organization are critical to success in this role.

Requirements
- Experience and Education : Candidates must have 10+ years of experience designing structured cabling, audio / visual, and electronic security systems. A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required for candidates with 10-14 years of experience. For candidates with 15+ years of experience, a degree is not required.
- Certifications and Skills : Must hold a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification and be proficient in Autodesk Revit, including tasks such as model setup, linking, and troubleshooting.
- Attributes : Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks effectively and work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Interpersonal Skills : Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive, proactive approach to mentoring junior staff and engaging in client-facing responsibilities.
- Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.
