Essential Responsibilities:

• Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers.

Expected Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

• Performance Reporting & Communication: Regularly report to our executive level all key performance metrics, ongoing new programs execution status, and strategic milestones to senior leadership, ensuring accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making.
